Party time! Appetizer a-la-fodmap

We recently had a party and made some of our favourites for people to try. But this inspired me to write up a post about how to have a FODMAP appetizers for a party. I like food on a stick because generally it can be prepared before the party and allow you the maximum face time with your guests.

We created low FODMAP food on a stick:

We had to have a couple chips and some fresh veggies, so we didn’t put them on a stick but we did make our low FODMAP ranch sauce.

We did stick with the individual servings for dessert:

The party was a hit and it the fact that it was all low FODMAP and wasn’t even an issue. It was really easy to prep 95% ahead of time so we only had to finish things off. This allowed us to host-to-the-most and still deliver some knock out dishes.
