[FODMAP] Kalhua & Ice Cream
Here’s an easy recipe to make ahead of time and wow your party with. Super easy dessert if you want a great presentation and don’t want to do any work last minute.

Ingredients
- 1 package Lactose free ice cream
- 1 bottle Low FODMAP Kalhua
- 1 package plastic shot glasses
Instructions
- Scoop ice cream into the shot glasses. Try to leave some space at the bottom of the glass for the kalhua to get into later.
- Throw it into the freezer until 5 mins before you need them.
- Pour Low FODMAP Kalhua into shot glass
- Let sit 5 mins to let the ice cream thaw a little. Sample one, it should not be frozen solid but soft. If it’s not ready wait longer before serving.
