[FODMAP] Kalhua & Ice Cream

Here’s an easy recipe to make ahead of time and wow your party with.  Super easy dessert if you want a great presentation and don’t want to do any work last minute.

  • Scoop ice cream into the shot glasses. Try to leave some space at the bottom of the glass for the kalhua to get into later.

  • Throw it into the freezer until 5 mins before you need them.
  • Pour Low FODMAP Kalhua into shot glass
  • Let sit 5 mins to let the ice cream thaw a little.  Sample one, it should not be frozen solid but soft.  If it’s not ready wait longer before serving.
