Lazy Day, might as well make some Chicken Stock

I like to cook and be lazy on Saturdays. I like to make a lazy recipe like my homemade Stock Recipe. Making stock is all about putting in minimal effort. I just use what in the fridge/freezer. Throw it in a pot (or an instant pot) and wait for the beautiful smell of fresh stock. It makes you feel productive, and lets you be lazy at the same time. Do this on a weekend, or when you are around home for a few hours, pop it in the freezer, and you can whip it out whenever you need some low FODMAP stock. WABAMM! You’ve made everything from scratch – even the STOCK!
