- You can do “make your own Kabob” (LOW FODMAP ingredient suggestions here) this is a fun way to have none FODMAP people integrate with FODMAP people. You pick what you can eat and let them pick what they can /want to eat. It’s a ton of fun and choose your own adventure is always fun.
